大隻好物 Taichek Group 之商品皆為預購 ( 特別標明為「現貨」除外 )，開團商品將於截單日後起計10-20個工作天從產地寄出並安排出貨 ( 如標示為「預購」的商品，則以產品介紹內註明的參考日期作準 )，出貨次序將會依下單順序及齊貨情況安排。
下單後恕不接受修改或取消訂單。
如訂單同時包含現貨及預購品，本公司將待所有品項到齊再作出貨安排，同一訂單一律不作分批出貨。結帳前請務必確認訂購的商品種類及數量。
免運費門檻 ( 只限加拿大 ) 以訂單原本總金額扣除折扣後的金額為準。
如廠商發生斷貨情況，客服將會盡快發出通知，以原本付款的方式退回斷貨之貨品的金額。
下單時請確保收貨地址正確無誤，若因填寫地址錯誤以至於無法成功配送，損失及重新寄貨的額外開支將由閣下自行負擔。
如因疫情、清關等不可抗力因素引致運輸延誤，還望多多包涵。
下單代表已明白並同意接受以上之條款。
All items are pre-order ( except "in stocks" indicated ). Please allow 10-20 business days after the order cut-off date for processing and be delivered from the origin ( if items are specially indicated as "pre-order", please refer to product information page for different estimated arrival ).
Due to limited quantities and high order volume, we cannot make changes or refund to any order once it has been placed.
For orders consist of both in stock & pre order items, we will only dispatch once all the items are ready.
Entitlement of free shipping ( only applicable for orders within Canada ) depends on the final amount after any discount (if applicable).
If certain items run out of stock, the concerned dollar amount will be refunded.
Taichek Group would use the information you fill in when checkout as the final shipping address. Any loss incurred due to unsuccessful delivery (parcel loss/detain/return) will not be covered by Taichek Group.

退貨政策 Return Policy
Taichek Group 僅提供因商品寄送錯誤的退貨或退款服務。閣下收到商品後請檢查是否收到錯誤品項。如有上述情況，煩請於收到商品3天內聯絡客服人員，我們將於收到查詢的24小時內回覆並盡快為您處理。您的滿意度是我們最大的追求，非常感謝您的意見。
All sales are final. We only accept exchange or refund if an incorrect item was delivered. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of the order receipt. We will respond promptly and arrange accordingly. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
